We only offer store credit for returns. If you need to make a return please email us at info@shopsostre.com to start your return process.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and smoke, deodorant, and perfume free
If applicable, all original tags must be attached 

Sostre reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 
All returns must be made within  14 DAYS of the order being delivered. Returns that exceed this limit will NOT be accepted. 

Once a return is delivered, please allow at least 3 business days for it to be processed. 

The following items are considered FINAL SALE ALWAYS:
All purses, bags
All jewelry, including earrings
All hair accessories 
All beauty items

SALE ITEMS: Any item purchased at a discount of 25% OFF OR MORE is automatically final sale. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this discount. 

EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges due to our quickly changing inventory and small team.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email us at info@shopsostre.com and we will respond within 48hrs. 

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM: If you received the wrong item, please email us at info@shopsostre.com subject line, ‘Wrong item received.’  

MISSING ITEM: We are humans and mistakes happen and we do double check every order before it is shipped out.  In the event  you are missing an item, please let us know by emailing info@shopsostre.com subject line, ‘Missing item’. All reports must be made within 2 days of delivery. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to your order total prior to submitting the order. We cannot adjust and/or change anything after the purchase is complete!
